Board of Management |
Naace is a Registered Charity with an associated trading company, Naace (Trading) Ltd. It has a board of management of three members each of whom is elected by the membership of the association to serve for a period of three years. The board is responsible for ensuring that the Charity fulfils its charitable objectives, approving the strategic development of the Association and providing advice and guidance to the Executive Committee. |

Naace Officers |
The Naace office team is lead by the Naace General Secretary who is responsible for external liaison, representation and the management of the Naace Office. An administrator supports the whole team and is the person you are most likely to talk to first when phoning Naace. The Events Team are responsible for delivering member services. The Finance Officer works with a Management Accountant to ensure the Association's finances are accountable. The ICT Mark Quality Assurance Team includes a Professional Officer, a Project Officer and the ICT Mark Administrator. In addition to the following core staff members, Naace also works with the following people on a consultancy basis: Penny Cliffe - Management Accountant, Robin Sanderson - Editor, Naace Newsletter, David Baugh - Editor, Naace News Podcast, Jim Merritt - PR Officer |

Executive Committee |
Naace Executive Committee has twelve elected members who are responsibile for the day-to-day management of the Association, organising events and activities, drawing up the Strategic Plan and co-ordinating all Naace activity during the year. |

Naacemark Quality Assurance Scheme Sub-Committee |
The NQAS is an accreditation process operated by Naace in association with Becta. The committee, 1 Executive Committee member (Chair), 2 co-opted Naace members, 1 Professional Officer, 1 Project Officer and 2 representatives of Becta, act together to steer the development of this scheme. |

Advisers and Consultants Community Working Group |
This working group is responsible for steering the delivery of services to the Adviser and Consultant Community. This working group has seven members and is supported by a member of the Naace Executive Committee. |

Primary Community Working Group |
The Primary Working Group is responsible for steering the delivery of services to the Primary Community. This working group has eleven members and is supported by a member of the Naace Executive Committee. |

Secondary Community Working Group |
The Secondary Working Group is responsible for steering the delivery of services to the Secondary Community. This working group has seven elected members, and four co-opted members, and is supported by a member of the Naace Executive Committee. |
