Dear Colleague
As you will have seen via the Naace newsletter, we are currently planning our All Members Autumn Conference. This will be held at Cisco Bedfont Lakes, Feltham, Middlesex, TW14 8HA, with accommodation and entertainment at The Beaumont House, Burfield Road, Old Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 2JP on the 28th September 2007 � 29th September 2007. This is a 24 hour CPD event, the aim of which is to bring together all of the communities of the Naace membership for the purpose of updates, strategic presentations and hands on sessions. Last year the conference attracted over 200 delegates.
The chair of the Naace Executive Committee Terry Freedman and the Naace General Secretary Mary Barker, will open the conference on the afternoon of 28th September This will be followed by a keynote speech, updating delegates on the latest developments for ICT professionals.
There will be the chance to attend 2 sessions throughout the day from:
Session 1
� The ICT in Education Knowledge Framework � Developing Schools and School Organisation
� The ICT in Education Knowledge Framework � Pedagogy in ICT-rich Environments
� Spimes, Prims, Tweets and Gots, Connected and Disconnected Learning. WEa re all together
� The ICT in Education Knowledge Framework � ICT as a Subject and ICT in Subjects
� Naace CPD Framework.
Session 2
� Accessibility, Connectivity and the Extended School
� SRF, ICT Mark and Transformed Education
� Safe use of the Internet
� Innovative Technology for Teaching and Learning � R U Web Two?
� 14-19 Specialised Diploma in ICT.
The Naace AGM will take place during the afternoon. The AGM will be followed by a private Gala Dinner for all delegates at The Beaumont House (coaches are available, see programme). Prior to the dinner the bar will be open for informal networking; entertainment will also be provided.
After an overnight stay at the beautiful Beaumont House, the conference will continue into the morning of 29th September, with an opening keynote focussing upon a �Whizzy BsF School�.
Parallel sessions throughout the morning include:

� Functional Skills : Implications for Teaching and Learning

The conference will close with a keynote presentation focusing on The importance of computing as a specialist subject within schools.
This is a programme not to be missed, and we hope to attract a substantial number of members to the conference as we did last year.
