Integrating and Embedding ICT in the Primary Classroom Saturday 22nd April 2006 Camelon Education Centre, Falkirk
This half-day event organised by the Naace Scottish Primary Advisory Group will be a mixture of practical hands-on workshops and presentations on using ICT across the primary curriculum. It is aimed specifically at practicing classroom teachers. It follows on from the success of the previous such events held in Falkirk over the past two years. Presenters will be from around Scotland. The event will run from 9am - 2pm. Participants will be able to choose from a variety of sessions. They will include:

. Interactive Whiteboards to support Mathematics 5-14
. Interactive Whiteboards to support English Language 5-14
. Voting Tools in the Primary Classroom
. Webquests developing pupil research skills
. Podcasting - What, Why and How
. Making Stop-Motion Animated Movies
. Moving Image Education for Developing Language 5-14
This event is open to teachers from around the country and clearly there will be a limit on the number of spaces available. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis so early application is advised. For more details download the application form on this page
