The costs to exhibit are as follows:

Space can not be reserved in advance and all bookings must be made online. Stands booked with a valid Purchase Order are confirmed immediately. All other stands MUST be paid for within 14 days of the booking otherwise the stand will be re-released for sale.

Please send a copy of your Purchase Order or cheque made payable to Naace Trading Limited for the full amount (incl. VAT) and a copy of your Exhibition Booking confirmation email to the Finance Department, Naace, Nottingham Trent University, Clifton Campus, Clifton, Nottingham, NG11 8NS and an invoice/receipt will be issued by return.

As space is always at a premium, exhibitors are limited to the purchase of one stand and, as always, allocation will be on a first come first served basis. Once you have proceeded through the Stand Registration process you will receive a Confirmation email with a unique Booking Reference number.

Exhibitors are required to supply their own stand infrastructure and details regarding the furniture, power and telecommunications will be made available in the Exhibition Manual. (see attachment below)

Accommodation is not provided for exhibitors but you may book rooms through www.eventsforce.net/naaceaccommodation2009
